4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1 Cancellation by You

Cancellation terms vary by tour package and will be clearly stated in your booking confirmation. Generally:

• Valid passport with sufficient blank pages
• Required visas for your destination
• Vaccination certificates if required
• Travel insurance documents

MountainHeights.com is not responsible for any denial of entry or transit due to improper documentation.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, personal accident, personal liability, and loss of luggage.

7.1 Physical Requirements

Many of our tours involve physical activity at high altitudes. You are responsible for assessing your physical fitness and consulting with a healthcare provider before booking.

7.2 Altitude Sickness

Travel to high-altitude destinations carries risks including altitude sickness. We provide information about acclimatization, but you participate at your own risk.
